Mornings are crazy around here. Trying to get both boys out of bed, dressed, fed, lunches packed and out of the door on time can be one big mess. So here’s how I structure my morning to ensure we’re on task, and more importantly, (mostly) on time.
I’m not sure why people don’t talk about this more. But there is one thing I can definitely tell you that I’ve learned along the way as a parent…sleep is important. Sleep is so important that we don’t function well without it.
As a mama of two little dudes I’m constantly on the hunt for clothing that I love. This is not an easy task. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of cute little dude clothes out there and I am by no means complaining.
I'm over here patiently waiting for Fall to (officially) arrive in the mitten state. We've got lots of little glimpses but nothing permeant, yet. As you already know I love fall. Every part of it makes me happy. But my favorite has to be the layering.
I read a quote a few days ago that really stuck with me - “quality over quantity, less is more". As a mom of two little dudes that tends to get stuff all over me I know this seems like a strange concept, right?!? What if they ruin it?
When it comes to get togethers with friends and family, entertaining is right up there on my list of favorite things to do! I love the quality time we get to spend with loved ones this time of year. As many of you know I am a huge Spartan fan
When it comes to snacking this house seems to have the word down pat. My two dudes can’t seem to get enough snacks. In fact I feel like they snack more often than eating actual meals. Tell me I am not alone on that one!
Ok I know this is a little late. But you guys this so freakin' good I couldn't wait till next year to post another pumpkin recipe. I've been messing around in the kitchen trying to figure out the right amounts of olive oil and protein
Having your own personal workspace is something I’ve absolutely grown to love. When we lived in Chicago the thought of a real work space was pretty dreamy. I mean, Michael owned his own company and worked from home - but it was his space, not our space.
