What is it about this time of year and me craving Spring's arrival?!? The bright vibrate colors, new life and the start of all kinds of new beginnings. Our latest day date out took us to a place we've been longing to try & all the pops of bright color has me ready for warm days & cool evenings spring has to bring.
From the moment I walked up to the door with the giant "&" sign to connect the name Lucy & the Wolf I knew this place had it going on. The vibrant orange chairs were calling my name with two large windows inviting natural light in. As soon as you walk in all the elements of Lucy & The Wolf fall into place. The exposed brick to the wood plank walls paired with stainless & bright pops of orange welcoming you to sit, enjoy & be present!
Lucy & the Wolf - located in downtown Northville - seriously speaks my language. Everything on their menu is made to share. With most food coming out of charcoal grill or raw, what's not to love about this approach to small plates?!? Their menu changes frequently, always leaving your taste buds wondering what they will come up with next!
So what's the overall concept of this place? Lucy & The Wolf brings you their take on Spanish inspired small plate/tapas bistro with a flair of international flavors to go along with it. Not overly familiar with tapas? No worries. Here's the gist - order a few dishes to share, talk, eat and enjoy the moment. Wait till everything is done. Order a few more dishes to share eat and enjoy the company you are with. If you're really feeling adventures order one more round. Beware Lucy & the Wolf dishes are rather large so going with a larger group leaves more room for trying more food!!!!
