Well I think with it being December 1st I can officially say it's scarf season here in the midwest. Ok I've been wearing one since early October...but now I need to wear one almost daily because this mama gets cold fast. Sometimes I still wonder why we moved from Chicago to Michigan🤔and not a warmer state☀️ good thing we love Detroit!
So with the need to wear a scarf on a daily basis I have to change up the ways I wear them. There are about a million different ways you can do a scarf up. These happen to be my 4 favorite and they're super fast and easy to do that even with a little one grabbing on your leg you can still manage to get the scarf on and looking good👍btw I totally just made up these scarf names😂😁
- the drape: this one is perfect for running out the door without any thinking involved. Simply drape the scarf around your back letting the sides hang down in the front.
- the loop & pull: take your scarf and fold it in half then wrap the scarf looped around the back of your neck. I like to put my arm through the loop hole to keep the loop open. Pull the two ends together through the loop. I then like to pull the scarf out to give it a fuller look.
- the loop-d-loop: start the same as the loop & pull. Here's where you change things up, split up both ends of the scarf, loop one end through the loop one way and the other end through the loop in the other direction. I then like to pull the scarf out to give it a fuller look.
- knot it up: wrap the scarf around the back your neck letting the sides hang down in the front. Take both ends of the scarf and start knotting. For this scarf I knotted 4 times. And as with every style I like to pull the scarf to give it a fuller look.
Happy scarf wrapping!
