Today, I want to talk about a topic that has becomesensitive and heated all around the parenting community but one that I feel is truly important to talk about. Vaccinations. Yes, we vaccinate our kids and I want to tell you why.
I'm not gonna lie, I've been in a total fashion rut as of late. I don't know if it's because the weather has just been so yuck or the fact that I spend most of my days at home with my two little dudes.
Last week on the mom wife foodie podcast we chatted about living local and embracing each community you live in, or visit, to the fullest. This week I am excited to share this incredible location we have been visiting for years.
Sugary goodness first thing in the morning or early afternoon? Sign this girl up! I have to admit I love me a good sprinkle 🍩 donut. There is just something about the basic execution of it that takes me and my taste buds to a happy place. Michael and I found The Donut Experiment a couple years ago on our annual trip down to Anna Maria Island and it has quickly become a crowd favorite.
One thing I want my boys to take away from all of our travel is each and every place we visit has a local community. And food is always a great way to embrace the local culture and seems to be where we almost always start on every adventure.
Supporting local businesses is something I am very serious about. If I can get it local, I will get it local. There's nothing more gratifying than supporting those in your community and helping them thrive. I mean, that's the core of community...right?!?
